The Orangeville Recreation Complex is a major community facility comprised of an aquatic centre, twin arena, and gymnastics centre. The public recreation spaces are grouped around a central atrium lobby which incorporates views to both the aquatic centre and arena. A central administration and small snack bar are located directly off this lobby. A second level includes a Family Resource Centre, Party Rooms, multiprogrammable community space, and a walking track. This project was awarded to the Design/Build team of EllisDon Contractors with GENIVAR/PBK Architects as the Prime Consultants. Completion date: October 2003 Area: 13,890 m2
